File Size Exceeds 25M Pixel Limit
HelloCustom has a maximum pixel area limit of 25,000,000 pixels.
To get your design's pixel area, multiply the width by the height. For example, if your design is 5000 by 5000 pixels, the pixel area is 25,000,000 pixels.
Most print products will work with this pixel area limit, but some larger products like blankets and beach towels will not.
If your product is smaller than a beach towel, but your design exceeds the 25M pixel area limit, make sure you are using the design template provided by your print provider.
Most print providers offer a design template for each product, ensuring the design canvas is not larger than the recommended 300DPI.
This will ensure your design has crisp resolution, but also fall within the pixel limit.
