PDF Not Converted To Editable Template

If you upload a PDF of your design, HelloCustom will convert it back to an editable template.

After uploading, if your design remains a single non-editalbe image, check the following:

Download your design as a PDF directly from the editor you created it in.

Do not convert a PNG to a PDF.

Do not upload your PNG design back to your editor and then download as PDF.

If you download your editable design as a PDF directly from where you created it, the PDF should be converted to an editable template correctly.
