Why Are SKUs Greyed Out?
HelloCustom does not allow the same SKU(s) to be associated to more than one template at a time.
Therefore, if you associate SKU(s) to either an active or draft template, they will be greyed out for all other templates.
If you deselect the SKU(s) from the original template, they will then be freed up to use again in a different template.
