What Is A Missing Font Error Message?

When you tag a text element for personalization, HelloCustom checks your account to see if you have the font used in the design.

If you have the font in your HelloCustom account, you're good. If you do not have access to the font used, you will receive a missing font error message.

For text elements tagged for personalization, HelloCustom needs access to this font to know what all the letters and characters look like in order to personalize the graphic.

To resolve the missing font error message, you can either select a different font that you do have access to, or you can upload the font to your account.

To upload a custom font to your HelloCustom account, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Within the editor, select the text element.

Step 2: On the left menu, under 'Font,' select the font name.

Step 3: On the left menu, under 'My Fonts,' click on 'Add.'

Step 4: Upload your custom font file.

The uploaded font should automatically be applied to the text element selected, resulting in the missing font error message to go away.
