What If An Order Contains Non-Personalized Products Too?

All non-personalized products will be added back to the order once created on Printify.

HelloCustom only display's the personalized products in the approval queue. Therefore, if an order contains both personalized and non-personalized products, you will not see the non-personalized products.

This does not mean they are forgotten.

Once you approve the personalized graphic(s), HelloCustom will add the non-personalized back to the order inside of Printify.
