Unable To See Tags Section
For the Etsy marketplace, HelloCustom is only able to automatically personalize text elements.
Therefore, we only display the Tags section in top left menu when a text element is selected. The tags are hidden for image elements.
If you select a text element but do not see the Tags section in the top left menu, this means HelloCustom converted this text element to an image.
If HelloCustom is unable to replicate a style or effect on a text element, it converts it to an image to maintain its look and prevent it from being personalized.
Currently, HelloCustom can only replicate outline, drop shadow, and curve effects.
If your text element has any other effect applied to it, it will be converted to an image.
If you remove any unsupported effects and reupload the PDF, the text element should properly be converted to then be tagged.
