Text Elements Grouped Together
If you have two or more text elements that are the same color, font, size, and are in line with one another, HelloCustom may group them together as a single text element.
Solution 1: From within HelloCustom's editor, you can make a copy of the text element, remove the duplications, and replace the two text elements in the correct spots.
Solution 2: In the editor you created the design, if you make one of the text elements a different color or size, they will not be grouped together when HelloCustom converts the PDF to an editable template. Once uploaded, you can then make the text element the correct color or size.
