Multiple-Graphic Products Limitation
Currently, HelloCustom can only do single-graphic products.
There is no limitation where the single graphic can be placed - front, back, sleeve, etc.
If your Printify product has more than one graphic on it, even if only one graphic is personalized, HelloCustom will not be able to recreate the personalized order.
You will receive an 'Issue with Your Order' email.
HelloCustom will still cancel the order that comes straight from Etsy, but you will unfortunately have to fulfill this order manually.
We are close to releasing beta for multiple-graphic products, so keep an eye out to join the beta when available.
