Promo codes are only available for our HelloCustom Business plan and can only be applied when first creating the account. Therefore, there is no way to apply a promo code to an already existing account.
When signing up for HelloCustom, there will be a promo code input field above your credit card information. Enter your promo code here, and if it is valid, it will be applied to your first billing cycle.
