Difference Between Active and Draft Template

When creating a template, you can either save it as Active or Draft.

HelloCustom only personalizes graphics for active templates and does not create graphics for draft templates.

Therefore, if a template is in draft mode, HelloCustom will not personalize the graphic for the SKUs associated to this template.
